How is my moving quote calculated?
Your quote depends on total inventory volume (cubic feet), transit distance between locations, packing material tiers required, and floor access (elevator availability vs stairs). We provide a guaranteed written contract after a free video or in-person survey.
Are there any hidden charges on moving day?
Never. ASVYBE operates on radical transparency. Any potential surcharges for long carrying distance or stairwell carries above 3 floors are clearly listed in your written survey quote before booking.
What packing materials do you use for fragile items?
We use high-density bubble wrap, 7-ply corrugated boxes, foam edge guards, stretch film, and custom wooden crating for glass tables, TVs, artwork, and delicate artifacts.
How far in advance should I book my move?
We recommend booking 7 to 14 days in advance for local shifting and 14 to 21 days in advance for intercity moves, especially during month-end or weekend peak periods.
What happens if an item is damaged during transit?
We maintain a 99.4% damage-free track record. In the rare event of transit damage, our transit protection policy covers repair or reimbursement. You have a 7-day window post-delivery to submit photos to your dedicated manager.
How is my car or bike transported?
Vehicles are transported in specialized hydraulic car carrier trucks or enclosed bike containers with wheel chocks and safety tie-down straps. A pre-transit inspection report documenting current mileage and condition is recorded together.
